Here are the best days and times to shoot the upcoming full moon. The times listed are for Morro Bay, CA, but other locations in San Luis Obispo county will vary by only a couple of minutes. For locations further away, see the programs below.
Bear in mind that these moonrise and moonset times are based on a flat horizon (such as the ocean). Add 20 - 30 minutes to the moonrise time if there are hills on your horizon for moonrise and subtract 20 - 30 minutes from the moonset time if there are hills on your horizon for moonset.
